James M. Douglas, Jr., is the 100% owner, founder, President, and CEO of Douglas Consulting & Computer Services, Inc.(DCCS). Mr. Douglas, an African-American,Vietnam veteran, and native of Baltimore, Maryland, recognizes that there is an increasing need for technical and management expertise. Therefore, DCCS was formed to ensures that the full capability of both were exacted to achieve quality project performance.

It is DCCS's diversified experience which enables us to provide quality service in a variety of technical and management support areas. This experience has further enabled DCCS to define and focus on specific areas that are particularly important to the client. Thus, we are able to direct the widest range of capabilities on those projects that offer the greatest challenge.
